Tim Whitaker

Tim Whitaker has been the Executive Director at Mighty Writers since May 2009. Prior to this role, Tim held editorial positions at Philadelphia Weekly and Gulfshore Life. With a background in writing and editing, Tim is dedicated to teaching Philadelphia kids ages seven to 17 to think and write with clarity through the various Mighty Writers locations across the city. Tim also authored "Crash: The Life and Times of Dick Allen" during their time at Ticknor and Fields. Tim attended Villanova University from 1967 to 1970.
