Dan Cuthbert has over 30 years of experience establishing, managing, and transforming contact centre and customer service environments across various industries, including public and private sectors in the UK and overseas. They have held numerous leadership roles, such as Head of Customer Service at The White Company and Contact Centre Transformation Lead at South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust. Currently, Dan serves as the Head of Eligibility, Advice & Guidance Line at Migrant Help and continues to consult in the contact centre industry through their own consulting firm. Additionally, Dan has been a judge for the UK Contact Centre Forum Awards since 2017.
