John Fenning

John Fenning is currently the Victim Care and Modern Slavery Team Manager at Migrant Help, where they manage a team of advisers supporting survivors of trafficking and modern slavery. They previously served as a Victims of Slavery Support Adviser at the same organization, providing case management across the South East of England. Additionally, John held roles such as Programme Manager at Confident Children out of Conflict, where they led interventions for vulnerable children in Juba, and Syrian Resettlement Programme Coordinator at Asylum Welcome, where they facilitated the resettlement of Syrian refugees in the UK. John holds a Master of Arts in Arabic and International Relations from the University of St. Andrews and conducted research for Concordis International on conflict dynamics along the Sudan-South Sudan border.
