Michael Feer

Michael Feer has extensive experience in IT and system engineering, currently serving as a Senior System Engineer at Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund since February 2021. Prior to this role, Michael worked at Kantonsspital Obwalden from August 2015 to January 2021, where responsibilities included serving as Stv. Leiter Informatik and System Engineer. Michael's experience also includes a position as a System Engineer at Kantonsspital Nidwalden from August 2012 to August 2015. An earlier role as an Ausbildung zum Systemtechniker at GfK Switzerland AG spanned from August 2007 to August 2011. Michael holds a Dipl. Wirtschaftsinformatiker HF from IBAW - Institut für berufliche Aus- und Weiterbildung (2014-2017) and an Informatiker mit eidg. Fachausweis from Berufsbildungszentrum Wirtschaft, Informatik und Technik Willisau (2007-2011). Areas of expertise include administration of Windows Servers, VMWare ESXi environments, NetApp storage systems, and Brocade network environments.
