David Seevers

David Seevers is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in compensation and benefits management. Currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards & HR Operations and Vice President of Global Total Rewards at MiTek since July 2021, David previously held the position of Vice President of Compensation, HR Analytics & Mobility at Caesars Entertainment, Inc. for a brief period in 2021. David's career spans multiple leadership roles, including Vice President of Compensation & Benefits, Vice President of Compensation, and Vice President of Health Plan Operations at Centene Corporation from 2013 to 2021, as well as Director of Compensation & Benefits and Director of Compensation Services at Spire from 2009 to 2013. David began career at Centene Corporation as Director of Compensation from 2003 to 2009. David holds an MBA from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis (2002-2004) and a degree in Business Management from the University of Missouri-Columbia (1997-1999).
