Flynn Davis

Flynn Davis is an experienced operations and production management professional with a robust career spanning several leadership roles in manufacturing and customer service. Currently serving as the Plant Scheduling Manager at MiTek since December 2023, Flynn previously held the position of Production Manager at Carr Lane Manufacturing Co. for a decade. Other notable positions include Group Leader at Hon Geneva Plant, Converting Supervisor at Hilex Poly, and Operations Manager at Leica Biosystems, where Flynn led the implementation of lean manufacturing practices. Flynn also has extensive experience in budget management and team leadership, having created a two million dollar departmental budget at Raven Industries and effectively supervised large teams at various organizations throughout a career that began in 1984. Flynn holds a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
