Hal Peller

Hal Peller is a Lean Six Sigma Certified and Applied Improvisation Certified Practitioner with extensive experience in operations, training, and management. They have served as Vice President of Operations at Avalon Electric Corp since 2004 and at RNS Security since 2012, focusing on system improvement and onboarding protocols. As the Owner and President of Hal Peller & Co., Inc., Hal utilizes improvisational techniques to enhance leadership and operational training. Hal has also contributed as a faculty member at Park University, delivering adult education courses across North America, and as a Senior Consultant at MiTek, specializing in process improvement and Lean Production systems. Hal holds degrees in Journalism from The University of Georgia and Villanova University, where they earned a Lean Six Sigma Certification.
