Jack Tracy

Jack Tracy has over 30 years of experience in the engineering and software support fields. Currently serving as a Regional Technical Support Representative at MiTek USA, Inc. since October 1994, Jack provides training and troubleshooting for various software solutions. Prior to this role, Jack worked as a Sales Designer at TexTruss, Inc., where responsibilities included truss and wall panel design, as well as consulting with architects and conducting field measurements. Jack's career began at On-Line Data as an Engineer-In-Training and transitioned to hardware support, following an initial role at Hydro-Air Engineering focused on verifying design criteria for wood truss designs. Jack holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
