Joe G.

Joe G. is an experienced executive with a strong background in corporate development, finance, and operations, currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Development at MiTek since December 2016. With a focus on mergers and acquisitions, integrations, and organic growth initiatives, Joe has successfully led due diligence, contract negotiations, and financial reporting processes. Prior experience includes co-founding Heart Genomics, LLC as Senior Vice President and CFO, where Joe contributed to the commercialization of genomic-based diagnostics. Joe's career also includes senior roles at the National YoungArts Foundation, Pritikin, Harbor Group, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where expertise in strategic business development, financial operations, and corporate finance was demonstrated. Joe holds a BSBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Missouri.
