John Stefanyak

John Stefanyak currently serves as the Senior Director of IT Governance and PMO at MiTek, responsible for leading the IT PMO, managing vendor relations, and executing IT governance activities while collaborating with senior leadership to align IT operations with business objectives. Previously, John held positions such as Director of Programs at The HCI Group and Director of IT Transformation and Portfolio Management at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, focusing on service delivery, strategic planning, and portfolio management. John has extensive experience in IT leadership, innovative technology implementation, and academic contributions as an adjunct professor at the University of Pittsburgh. John holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and an M.S. in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University, alongside a certificate in Leadership Strategies for Information Technologies in Health Care from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
