Joss Smith

Joss Smith has extensive experience in product management and business operations, currently serving as Product Director for Business Operations SaaS at MiTek since February 2003, where a focus on unifying product teams aims to advance the adoption of offsite building. Transitioning to Product Manager in 2016, Joss incorporated product management into responsibilities in 2014 and previously held roles including Software Quality Assurance Manager in Europe and Development Manager at Gang-Nail Systems Ltd. from 1995 to 2001. Joss holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Oxford and a Professional Scrum Product Owner certification from SCRUM.org, alongside a Professional Certificate of Management from The Open University.
