Michael O’Hare

President, U.S. Sales & Global Customer Experience at MiTek

Michael O'Hare has a robust background in sales, customer experience, and digital innovation, currently serving as President of U.S. Sales and Global Customer Experience at MiTek since October 2019. Prior to this role, Michael held several leadership positions, including Vice President of Global Customer Experience and Vice President of Digital Innovation at MiTek. Before joining MiTek, experience at Salesforce included roles as Principal Solution Engineer and Lead Solution Engineer. Michael's career began at World Wide Technology, where progressive responsibilities included Team Lead and Product Owner, among others. Additional experience includes serving as a Strategic Advisor at the Children's Home Society of Missouri and working as Assistant Manager at Alpine Shop. Michael O'Hare earned a BSBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis between 2008 and 2012.
