Tim O'Donnell

Tim O'Donnell is an experienced HRIS professional currently serving as Director of HRIS at MiTek since November 2019. With a progressive career in human resources information systems, Tim has held leadership positions such as HRIS Manager at Stifel Financial Corp. and HR Systems Manager at Charter Communications. Prior to these roles, Tim worked at Panera Bread, progressing from HRIS Coordinator to HRIS Manager, and also held financial positions including Commercial Lease Staff Accountant and Accounts Payable Specialist. Tim's earlier experience includes serving as an Airborne Infantry Team Leader in the US Army. Tim O'Donnell earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville between 2007 and 2010.
