Andy Petersen

Andy Petersen is an experienced customer success and service professional with a strong background in retail management and dealer relations. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager and Customer Service Manager at MiiR since August 2019, Andy has previously held roles such as Dealer Services Representative at Cascade Designs, where responsibilities included maintaining dealer and customer relationships and representing the company at the Outdoor Retailer tradeshow. Prior experience also includes management positions at Eastside Cycles, Competitive Cyclist, and Follett's Mountain Sports, covering product management, employee training, and inventory processing. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Idaho.
