Mijzo
Birgit Goossens is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as a Gezondheidszorgpsycholoog at Mijzo since September 2019. Birgit is also engaged in a training program as a Psycholoog in opleiding tot GZ-psycholoog at HSK Groep for the duration of 2023. Previous roles include contributions to the Nederlands Instituut van Psychologen (NIP) as a member of the Old Age Psychology Section and in various capacities at Zorgorganisatie Het Hoge Veer as a Zorghulp, providing care support. Birgit has actively participated as a committee member with Stichting Move, promoting youth engagement in community activities. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Tilburg University and a postgraduate degree in Gezondheidszorgpsycholoog from RINO Zuid, with foundational studies in Psychology and secondary education from Dongemond College.
