Ali Foster

Ali Foster is currently the People & Culture Manager at MIK Studio. They previously served as Chief Administrative Officer at Uniti Wireless, where they played a key role in the company's growth and expansion. With over 10 years of experience in rapid growth organizations, Ali's past roles include Operations Manager at Concept Japan and Showroom Manager at Terrace Floors & Furnishings. Additionally, they co-directed Tiny Tailor Gallery, a boutique art and ceramics studio in Sydney, and served as State Secretary for the Design Institute of Australia. Ali holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Adelaide and continues to enhance their expertise through studies at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
