Gus LaBella

Gus LaBella is the Director of Formulation Development at Mikart, LLC, where they apply advanced knowledge of solid oral dosage formulation and manufacturing to deliver successful projects. Previously serving as Associate Director of the same department, Gus has also held significant roles at McNeil Consumer Healthcare and Colorcon, where they contributed to the launch and optimization of various pharmaceutical products. With a strong foundation in Six Sigma and Quality by Design principles, Gus excels in analytical problem-solving, project leadership, and mentoring junior staff. Currently, they pursue a degree in Materials Engineering at Drexel University.
