Tom Guy has more than 12 years of experience in the retail industry under his belt, from entry-level positions to leadership roles. But even after a decade in the business, he’s never forgotten what it takes to get to the next level. As the vice president of retail operations, Tom uses his wealth of experience to create efficiencies and best practices for the Mike Albert team. He goes above and beyond to ensure that his clients are set up for success—meeting with clients to really understand their goals and researching current mobility trends to develop strategic approaches to their business. The focus on client relationships, he says, is one of his favorite parts of working at Mike Albert. Tom leads by example within the company, as well; he’s passionate about creating opportunities for his team, just as mentors have done for him, and wants his employees to feel heard and valued.
