Mike’s background includes leading a $100M hydraulic and electric drive system operation in Shanghai, and executing the operational restart of a bus manufacturing business from voluntary administration back to production across two factories in Brisbane and Adelaide.  

We also work with private equity firms and family offices who’ve invested in manufacturing and industrial assets and need operational leadership to protect and grow their portfolio.
