Make42 is a U.S.-registered nonprofit organization focused on developing new approaches to charitable participation, long-term community support, and international nonprofit activity.

Its M2C (Money to Change) program gives people from different countries an opportunity to improve their living conditions and become involved in charitable and community-based activity within their local regions.

The project is built around a long-term two-stage model. During the first stage, participants receive direct support and are encouraged to become actively involved in helping people within their communities. Participants who demonstrate strong long-term commitment, initiative, and community impact may later receive support to establish and lead an independent nonprofit organization in their local region.

The program is currently active and continues to expand its international network while providing direct support to participants at both stages of the program.
