Epp has a diverse background in business development, having held director positions at Stratus Electrical & Instrumentation and PTW Energy Services, as well as at AECOM where Epp was the Director of Business Development. Epp also has experience as Area Manager for Flint Energy Services and has served on the Board of Directors for both Jasper Place Wellness Centre and Community Futures Wood Buffalo. Epp's career spans over a decade in various leadership roles within the electrical and instrumentation sector. Education was completed at Laurance Tech University.
