Previous positions at DISA included Deputy Project Manager and Quality Assurance Program Manager, where efforts led to substantial improvements in network reliability and operational evaluations. Andrew served in the US Army, holding leadership roles such as Senior Personnel Manager and Strategic Planner, managing large teams and multimillion-dollar projects in cyber defense and communications.
