Dr. Yolanda R. has extensive experience in the cybersecurity field, currently serving as Vice President at The MIL Corporation since 2025. They previously held positions as Executive Director of Business Strategy and Growth at Raytheon BBN from 2021 to 2023 and Vice President of Cyber Strategy at EverWatch from 2020 to 2021. Additionally, Dr. Yolanda served as a Senior Manager at the United States Department of Defense for over two decades and has been involved in academia as an adjunct faculty member at Southern New Hampshire University and the University of Maryland University College. They are also the founder and principal consultant at CODE: Mercedes Q and actively contribute to the WiCyS-CI Board. Dr. Yolanda is pursuing a PhD at Capella University, alongside a Master of Science from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Engineering from Vanderbilt University.
