Janice Ho

Janice Ho has a strong background in business development and proposal management. From 2011 to 2015, they worked at TFC Consulting, Inc., where they served as a Capture and Proposal Manager, leading all phases of the proposal process for federal solicitations. Janice also worked as a Business Development Manager at the same company, managing the business development process from identifying opportunities to post-submission of proposals. In 2022, Janice joined The MIL Corporation as the Director of Business Development.

Janice Ho obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. In addition, they obtained a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in March 2016.
