Ryan Hubeny has extensive experience in budget analysis and foreign assistance funding, currently serving as a Budget Analyst for the Humanitarian Assistance division at The MIL Corporation since April 2021. Previously, Ryan worked as a Coordinator for Federal Foreign Assistance Funding at Tuvli, and held positions as a Logistics and Supply Chain Analyst with Alion Science and Technology and as a Staff Assistant/Paralegal contractor with CGI. Ryan's early career included internships at the U.S. Department of State focusing on European and Eurasian Affairs and Population, Refugees, and Migration, along with a strategic communications internship at Conover + Gould. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in German and European Studies from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Sciences Po. Notable achievements encompass developing visualizations of office priorities for senior management and contributing to significant research projects on pro-poor education policies.
