Roger Eugster

Roger Eugster is the current Head of Finance & Operations at Mila. Roger has held this position since August 2019. Prior to their current role, Eugster served as Leiter Business Intelligence & Corporate Reporting at Hirslanden from February 2017 to August 2019. Roger was also Leiter Controlling at Albis Technologies AG from September 2016 to January 2017.

Eugster began their career as a Senior Financial Assistant at Emerson Process Management AG in January 2014. Roger left this role in August 2016 to join KPMG Switzerland as an Assistant – Audit Financial Services. Roger remained with KPMG until December 2013 when they left to pursue their education full-time. Eugster graduated from ZHAW School of Management and Law in September 2011 with a degree in Financial Management.

Prior to their financial career, Eugster worked as an Informatik-Mitarbeiter at Brauerei Schützengarten AG from April 2004 to August 2008.

Roger Eugster's educational career includes a Diploma in Accounting and Controlling from AKAD, a Diploma in Economics from EXPERTsuisse, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Banking and Finance from ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences, and a Berufsmaturität nach der Lehre (BM 2) from Kaufmännisches Berufs- und Weiterbildungszentrum St. Gallen. Roger also has a certification from the University of Cambridge in First Certificate in English, a certification from République Française - Ministère de l'Éducation Nationale in Diplôme d'études en langue française (DELF) - 1er Degré, and certifications from SIZ AG in Office-Supporter SIZ and Informatik-Anwender SIZ.

Their manager is Chris Viatte, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Adam Williams - Chief Revenue Officer, Andrew Wilkins - CTO.
