Rezaul Karim is an experienced Supervisor – Rigging & Lifting at Milaha, where they manage safe lifting operations and oversee heavy equipment handling across marine and industrial environments. With a strong background in implementing lifting plans and ensuring compliance with HSSEQ standards, Rezaul coordinates multidisciplinary teams to execute operations effectively and safely. Previously, they held roles including Operations Supervisor and Team Leader at Milaha, honing their skills in supervising critical lifts and managing crew performance. Rezaul completed Higher Secondary School in Business Studies at Gulshan Model School & College in Dhaka.
