Jon Hindar is a seasoned board professional with more than 40 years of experience across diverse industrial sectors, including ceramic and polymer R&D, biotechnology, solar energy, aquaculture, and investment banking. The last 30 years were spent in C-level positions. Since 2017, Hindar focuses on board work, and they currently serve as chair at Olink Proteomics (2020–Present), Argentum Asset Management (2016–Present), Milarex (2017–Present), Klaveness Marine (2017–Present), and Arendals Fossekompani ASA (2019–Present). Hindar previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Cermaq Global from 2012 to 2016, and earned a Master of Science and Engineering in Chemistry from NTNU (1976–1980) and a PED from IMD Business School (1993–1994).
