Thomas Farstad has a strong background in the seafood industry, with experience in executive roles and board positions. Scandinavian investment company Summa Equity acquired a majority position in 2017 and the remaining shares in 2020. The headquarter is in Oslo, Norway. In 2019 the factory in Slupsk, Poland, was extended, adding a significant increase in the production capacity to meet the growing customer demand for the well-known Milarex salmon quality.
