Lost parcels. Long disputes. Unhappy customers.
Every courier knows the cycle. Tickets pile up. Operations teams drown in manual triage.

Here’s MILE.
The operational AI layer for courier and logistics companies. Eight specialised AI agents that turn unstructured tickets into resolved cases in seconds.

The agents:
🟧 Intake: captures every inbound request
🟧 Ticketing: turns conversations into structured tickets
🟧 Classification: routes each case to the right team
🟧 Address Intelligence: catches addresses before they fail
🟧 Tracking & Evidence: reconstructs what actually happened
🟧 Resolution: decides the next action
🟧 Communication: speaks to every party in your voice
🟧 Orchestrator: runs the workflow end to end

Modular by design.
Deploy the agents you need. Scale to the full stack when you’re ready. MILE integrates with your existing operational systems without replacing them.

Built at Imperial College London.
