Scott Johnson

Scott Johnson has worked in the insurance industry since 1985. Scott began their career with Progressive Claims as a Progressive Claims Adjuster I & II, where they handled and investigated claims, handled PIP claims, and wrote estimates on auto's and special lines vehicles. In 1994, they were promoted to a Progressive Claims Manager I. Three years later, in 1997, they were promoted again to a Progressive Claims Manager II. In 2001, they moved to Direct Insurance Company as a Senior VP of Claims. In 2008, they joined McDonnell Insurance as a Commercial Sales. In 2011, they joined Jupiter Auto Insurance as a VP of Claims, managing all claims in a six state territory, hiring, managing and leading the claims staff, and delivering an outstanding customer service experience for those that have a claim with Jupiter. In 2015, they joined Diamond Specialty Insurance as a VP of Claims and Manager. Most recently, in 2018, they joined Mile Auto, Inc. as the Claims Director.

Scott Johnson attended Adrian College where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Marketing.
