Mile Level Physical Therapy is a therapist-owned, independent outpatient physical therapy company serving central Pennsylvania since 2004. With locations across Blair, Bedford, Cambria, and Huntingdon Counties, we provide patient-centered rehabilitation to the communities we call home.

We specialize in orthopedic, sports, and neurological rehabilitation, offering a comprehensive range of services including manual therapy, dry needling, vestibular rehabilitation, sports medicine, and post-surgical care. Our clinicians are equipped with advanced certifications — including board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialists (OCS) and manual therapy certified therapists — and are committed to staying at the forefront of evidence-based practice.
