Ray Conway

Ray Conway has over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Ray started their career as a Senior Loan Officer at Mortgage Funding Network in 1998 and later became a Sales Manager and Part Owner at Novastar Mortgage in 2000. In 2004, they founded their own company, Conston Growth, Inc., where they served as the Owner and President until 2009. From 2010 to 2014, Ray worked as an Area Manager at American Equity Mortgage. Currently, Ray is serving as the Vice President of Sales at MiLEND, Inc. NMLS#148769, where they are responsible for leading diverse teams, maximizing profit, and building strong relationships with clients. Throughout their career, Ray has consistently achieved high levels of annual revenue growth and top sales results while maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Ray Conway attended Tennessee Temple University from 1994 to 1996, where they pursued a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on psychology, business, and English.
