Earlier career experience includes leadership roles at Softype, Inc., Net Wave Technology, and Viionsoft Limited, alongside foundational software engineering roles. Narinder holds a Master's degree in Computer Applications from Maharshi Dayanand University and certifications in .NET Framework and as a Microsoft Certified Professional.
