Eric Dopkins has worked in the beverage industry for over 25 years. In 1992, they began their career at Diageo, where they held various leadership positions, including General Management of West and VP of National Accounts. Eric was responsible for +$600mm in revenue, growing +13% in their final year with the company, while leading sales, finance and trade marketing. During their tenure, they led significant market share growth in a sustainable five year period from 2001-2006 with major national account retailers.
In 2007, Eric became President of Boz Spirits, leading all functions of the start-up spirit brand. Eric was based in Orange County with 15 employees across functions.
In 2008, Eric moved to Pernod Ricard as VP and GM, leading all functions from CA to MO, including KS, CO, NM, HI, NV, AK, PNW.
In 2010, Eric joined Young's Market Company as President, leading Sales and Operations for the beverage distributor with revenue of +$1.5B. Eric was responsible for +1700 employees, including sales, marketing, business development, pricing, national accounts and operations.
In 2013, Eric became C.E.O. of Deep Eddy Spirits, leading all functions of Austin, TX based Deep Eddy Vodka, one of the fastest growing spirit brands in the U.S.
In 2016, Eric founded Milestone Brands, LLC, where they currently serve as C.E.O.
Eric Dopkins received their Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from California State University, Chico in 1992. In 2001, Eric attended the University of Southern California for Executive Food Industry Management.
