Alan Rawle

Alan Rawle has extensive experience in operations management within the civil engineering and highways sectors. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Milestone Infrastructure since May 2021, Alan oversees a team of approximately 50 professionals for the delivery of structural maintenance schemes at HPC, Europe’s largest single site construction project. Prior experience includes eight years as Operations Manager at Skanska, where responsibilities involved daily coordination with EDF and other contractors. Alan's career also features roles as Site Agent and Technician at various organizations, including Atkins, where responsibilities spanned from highway maintenance management to the design of structural maintenance schemes. Alan has a foundational background in civil works from early positions with Somerset County Council and West Somerset District Council.
