Mike Egleton

Mike Egleton is a retired professional with extensive experience in highway management and operational improvements. They held various management positions, including Area Highways Manager and Highway Network Manager at West Sussex County Council, overseeing teams responsible for highway maintenance and management. Later, they served as the Head of Operational Improvements at Balfour Beatty plc, where they focused on best practices and client management. Mike also worked in senior roles for companies like Milestone Infrastructure, Balfour Beatty Living Places, and Costain Group PLC, contributing to significant projects and operational enhancements throughout their career. They hold a BEng, MSc, and are a Chartered Engineer (CEng) as well as a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (MICE) and the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation (MCIHT).
