Malcolm Troxclair has extensive experience in capital project execution and electrical and instrumentation design. Currently, Malcolm is engaged with MILESTONE PROJECT SERVICES as a Capital Project Execution specialist since May 2025. Previously, Malcolm worked for Engineering & Inspection Services, LLC from August 2015 to August 2025 as a Senior E&I Designer and held the same title at Pelican Energy and Consultants during the same period. Additional experience includes serving as an E&I Project Coordinator at Universal Personnel from May 2013 to July 2014, and as an Instrument Technician Specialist at Brinderson in early 2010. Malcolm's educational background includes a diploma from Destrehan High School and training as an Instrument and Analyzer Specialist.
