Michael Gaul

Michael Gaul, METM, is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Vice President of Global Technical Support at Milestone Systems. They previously held the role of Chief Information Officer at Kootenai Health, where they led an IT department of over 110 staff and achieved significant improvements in Help Desk performance and employee engagement. Before that, Michael was the IT Operations Manager at PAML, effectively managing multi-million dollar budgets and enhancing operational efficiency. Their career began at Verizon, where they supervised a team and implemented successful technical solutions. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from National University and a Master of Engineering and Technology Management from Washington State University.
