Bryan Delgado has extensive experience in technical support and field operations, currently serving as a Technical Field Operative at Workday since October 2016, while also holding a position as a Global Support Technician with Milestone Technologies, Inc. since the same date. Prior to this, Bryan worked as a Technical Support Lead at Bill Good Marketing, specializing in Gorilla Software Support and CRM installations. Earlier experience includes serving as a Tier 2/Tier 1 Technical Support Team Lead at Infinisource Benefit Services, focusing on timekeeping hardware and software. Educational accomplishments include an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in CAD/CADD Drafting and Design Technology from ITT Technical Institute-Murray, along with attending West Jordan High.
