Eric Anderson

Eric Anderson has over 20 years of diverse work experience in various industries. Eric is currently serving as the Vice President of Sales and Delivery in the Workforce Solutions division at Milestone Technologies, Inc. Prior to this, Eric had a long tenure at SMCI, where they held the role of Director of Business Development. Eric was responsible for account management and sales, focusing on both staffing and managed services for strategic enterprise accounts. Before joining SMCI, Eric worked in the commercial real estate industry as a Broker Associate at Lee & Associates, MacVaugh & Co. Eric leveraged their sales experience to broker commercial real estate transactions, specializing in office and restaurant leasing. Eric also gained experience in IT recruiting and sales as a Senior Account Executive at SMCI. Eric managed outsourced consultants and client relationships for large enterprise clients. Additionally, Eric has worked as a Consultant at both Sony Pictures Entertainment and Disney Consumer Products, where they were responsible for managing web application deployments and adoption. Eric has also held roles in project management and system integration consulting at SMCI and Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting), working with clients such as Bank of America, AT&T, and Sprint. With their extensive background, Eric brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to their current role at Milestone Technologies, Inc.

Eric Anderson completed their MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a BBA from the Texas Tech University's College of Business Administration, graduating from 1991 to 1993. Additionally, Eric has obtained various certifications including Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, MIT Sloan & MIT CSAIL Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
