Jai Dev B has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Jai Dev started their career in 2005 as an Executive Production/ Logistics at The Coca-Cola Company. Jai Dev then moved on to work at Novus Green as a Senior Manager Human Resources from 2006 to 2011. Following that, they were an AVP Human Resources at Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited from 2011 to 2012. Jai Dev then joined Patil Group of Industries as an AGM Human Resources from 2012 to 2013. Jai Dev B then worked as the Head - Human Resources at IMImobile from 2013 to 2017. Jai Dev later joined Hitachi Vantara as a Director/ HR Business Partner from 2017 to 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Director People Experience at Milestone Technologies, Inc. since 2020, and they were promoted to Senior Director People Experience in October 2023.
