John Drayer

John Drayer is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in total rewards, human capital management, and human resources consulting. Currently serving as Principal Total Rewards, HCM & Human Resources Consultant at ProHRO since 2018, John has previously held key roles including Global Head of Total Rewards at Genesys and Medpace, and North America Head of Global Total Rewards at Tata Consultancy Services. At Eastman Kodak Company, John was a Senior Manager overseeing various HR leadership activities, while also recently working at Milestone Technologies, Inc. as Global Head of Total Rewards, Payroll, HCM & People Operations, supporting major tech clients. John holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Wright State University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Cincinnati.
