Douglas Kroboth has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of design and production. Douglas started their career as a Senior Print & Integrated Production Designer and Retoucher at Viacom's In-House Advertising Agency in 2013, where they worked on various advertising campaigns and brand identity projects for channels like MTV, VH1, Comedy Central, Nickelodeon, and more. Douglas later moved on to freelance work for companies like Kiehl's, Bare Minerals, and Buxom, where they served as a Senior Print & Integrated Production Designer, Retoucher, and Freelance. Douglas also worked as a Freelance Integrated Packaging Production Designer at NARS Cosmetics, where they produced packaging based on design directives and maintained strict branding guidelines. Douglas further expanded their freelance portfolio by working with companies such as Droga5, Frye, Johannes Leonardo, and Maesa Beauty.
