Maggie O'Donnell

Maggie O'Donnell has a diverse work experience history. Maggie started their career as a Small Business Owner, where they successfully ran a grill cleaning business, expanding it to serve nearly 200 clients per summer. Maggie managed all aspects of the business, including financials, customer relationships, advertising, and staff.

During their college years, Maggie played NCAA Division III Women's Lacrosse at Colorado College.

Maggie also gained experience in the real estate industry as a Property Management Intern at The Copley Group and as a Debt and Equity Intern at Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners.

Maggie has demonstrated leadership skills as a Snack Bar Manager at Sandy Beach Association, where they coordinated operations, managed a team of 11 employees, and ensured COVID-19 safety compliance.

Additionally, they worked as a Small Business Owner, selling ice cream off a boat in Cohasset and Scituate Harbor. Maggie was responsible for managing supplies, income, employees, financials, and inventory.

Furthermore, Maggie took on various roles at Sandy Beach Association, including Social Media Manager and Lifeguard. As a lifeguard, they enforced safety rules, communicated with local police, and handled emergency situations.

Most recently, Maggie joined MilkMate as a Sales and Operations Associate, where they currently work.

Maggie O'Donnell earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Colorado College, which they attended from 2018 to 2022. In 2022, they also participated in a study abroad program at DIS. Prior to college, Maggie obtained their High School Diploma from Thayer Academy, completing their education there from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, Maggie has obtained certifications in Excel Essential Training from Linkedin Learning in July 2022 and a Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson License from Freedom Trail Realty School, Inc in August 2021.
