James Faller

James Faller has a significant amount of experience in the hospitality industry. James is currently the Founding Partner and Chief Operations Officer at Milkshake Concepts, where they have been since 2015. Milkshake Concepts is responsible for several influential restaurants and nightlife establishments in Dallas, including Stirr, Vidorra, Citizen, Serious Pizza, Dirty Bones, Skyrocket Burger, and Harper's. The company is also expanding into Downtown Nashville in the summer of 2021.

Prior to their role at Milkshake Concepts, James worked at Restaurants Unlimited Inc. (RUI) as a Unit Director from 2012 to 2015. Before that, they were an Operating Partner at BlackFinn American Saloon from 2009 to 2012.
