Rodman Shields is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in high-level kitchen management and operations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Culinary at Milkshake Concepts since July 2019, Rodman also co-owns The Common Table, where responsibilities include streamlining service and food operations. Prior experience includes corporate roles and executive chef positions at CRO Restaurants, Nick and Sam's Steak and Fish House, Hilton, and other establishments, demonstrating a strong track record in culinary development, financial oversight, and menu innovation. Rodman began culinary training at Johnson & Wales University, earning an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training.
