Mike Shepard

Mike Shepard is currently the Vice President of Lending at City & County Credit Union, where they are responsible for strategies aimed at maximizing loan growth, profitability, and portfolio quality across various lending sectors. Previously, Mike held several senior vice president positions at U.S. Bank from 2013 to 2015, overseeing areas such as prepaid sales, consumer lending products, and partnerships in mortgage and home equity lending. Mike earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Economics and Spanish from Coe College and a Master's degree in Business from the University of St. Thomas. Additionally, they completed the Executive Banking School at the Consumer Bankers Association.
