Alyssa Thomas

Alyssa (Nielsen) Thomas has extensive work experience in project management and customer service. Alyssa is currently the Director of Project Management at Mill Rock Packaging Partners since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Malnove Holding Company Inc. from January 2012 to October 2022, where they held various roles such as Corporate Project Manager, Senior Manager of Customer Service, and Customer Service Manager. Alyssa also worked as a Customer Service Representative/Estimator, where they demonstrated skills in cost estimation, spreadsheet management, and providing excellent customer service. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Office Assistant at Creighton University School of Pharmacy from August 2008 to December 2011, and as a Seasonal Laborer at Nielsen Construction from June 2005 to August 2008.
