Charlene Pearson

Charlene Pearson is a Clinical Products Manufacturing Manager with extensive experience in overseeing production and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Charlene has held various roles at Millar, Inc., including Clinical Production Manager, Manufacturing Engineering Technician, and Custom Device Coordinator, where they developed and improved manufacturing processes and coordinated the production of specialty devices. Prior to that, Charlene worked at Alcon, a Novartis company, as a CPK PUMA Production Supervisor and Project Specialist, managing quality assurance and integration projects. Currently, Charlene is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
